PDF

Mod of the original slimbox. It's a ergonomic hitbox-style layout low profile fightstick. It's specifically designed for Street Fighter 6, where using parry and drive impact is crucial. Therefore the usual 2 rightmost buttons got rearranged to be used with your thumb and pinky, while the other fingers can move freely between the two 3-button rows.

This is designed for Kailh low-profile (choc v1) mechanical keyboard switches (I recommend red pro, 30g actuation, linear, non-clicky) and an RP2040-pico. Use GP2040-CE to flash the board and configure it. You can switch between Xinput for PC, Xbox360, Android etc, as well as PS3 and Switch mode. You could even make it compatible with PS4, if you follow a guide.

You can print this with 0.30mm layer height and it will still look good. 0.20mm is preferable. Original author says the model doesn't need supports, but I would recommend printing them. Use basic 3x10mm wood screws to mount the backplate.

Print:
1x top
1x bottom
8x keycap
1x keycap big
2x keycap flat
Print a few spare keycaps, as they might break when assembling.

Buy:
14x kailh choc v1 (get a few spares, as some will surely break when assembling)
1x Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040)
1x long micro USB cable
lots of cables for soldering
