A router table insert module, originally made for my homemade router table.

The module fits on the base plate of a Festool OF 1010 router and consists of two modules:

  • the main module, attached with two screws to the base of the router
  • bajonet style plugins with different hole widths, adjusted to the router bit

The main module can be attached with two M4 screws to the OF 1010, using the two provided holes. Three M3 screws allow for fine adjusting the module to the router table. When the module is flush with the table, the M4 screws are slightly tightened.

The print of the main module features a pause where three M3 nuts have to be inserted. The nuts are a press fit and should be pushed level to the already printed body.

Additionaly needed hardware parts:

  • 2 M4 screws (length adjusted to your router table thickness) for attaching the module to the OF 1010 (25mm length, head 4mm)
  • 3 M3 screws for fine adjusting the height of the module (10mm length, head 3mm)
  • 3 M3 nuts for the fine adjustment (get inserted into the print)
