I found the template in the video description and remade it in Inventor.

The Hardware is M5x30mm Screws and M5 Nuts.

I printed without supports, cleaned up the holes with 5mm and 9mm drills.

The arms may be a tad loose, but you can glue them in. They originally had a hook to securely mount with snap fit, but that version broke immediately...
