Two options to pick from, re-using same parts:
1) Ris mounted toilet paper dispenser.
Low profile, allows you to still use your optics or ironsights. Doubles as carrying handle.
You'll need one ris mount, short arms, front screw, back screw printed.
Disclaimer: it should be never used in combat scenario, mounted on real piece, or even printed.
Pictures show it mounted on m4 with CASV ris extension. Easily survives the weight of the gun, can be printed without infills or strengthened with bolts if needed.
2) Ris mounted towel paper dispenser.
Low profile, allows you to still use your ironsights. Doubles as carrying handle. Optionally you can mount two rolls of differently scented toilet paper for enhanced tactical capabilities.
You'll need two ris mounts, short arms, front screw, back screw and screw joiner printed.
Disclaimer: it should be never used in combat scenario, mounted on real piece, or even printed.

In slicer, split the RIS mount to parts and rotate them as you feel best considering supports.
Additionally to printed parts you will need 6x M4x25 mechanical screws (DIN914) and 4x square M4 nuts to assemble one RIS mount (so two of thesesets for Towel dispenser).
