About 10 years late to the game, here is my Raspberry Pi Model B case.
It exposes only a small part of the SD card to prevent accidental removal. All connections should have enough space even for bulky connectors. The design is a bit more straight forward and less ornamented than most cases I found.
I have included a "blank" template for the top part for easy customization with your own fan mount, vent hole design etc. A vesa compatible mount can easily be added to the bottom half with any mesh editing tool.
Supports:
I've use supports for the recessed screw holes of the top cover, and later used a 4.5mm metal drill bit by hand to remove them. This may or may not be necessary depending on your slicer/printer.
Hardware needed:
2x M2.5 x 5mm to mount the PCB
4x M2.5 x 8mm (or longer) for the case, head diameter 4.5mm
Note:
A simple model of the Raspberry Pi Model B board is included.
This is based on the board with 85mm x 56mm dimensions, there may be earlier versions with slightly smaller dimensions as far as I know.
