CK3D did a great job to add a second z-axis on a prusa mini.

But like on the original design from Prusa, the z-top does not fit, if you use a direct extruder (like the sherpa mini), as the directextruder would bump into it. In this modification I just cut away the conflicting areas.

As I had some 3030 with 300mm lenght flying around, I also made a second version to use theese instead 3030 with a lenght of 289mm for the top x-profile. Still, the second z needs to be 289mm.

For the left-z-bottom I added a hole to route the cable.

On the z-carriage-left-front I had to cut away a bit also, as there was a conflict with my direct drive.

I use this modification with a Revo micro, the sherpa addition but a TBG light instead of the Sherpa. I recommend a moons motor there, as the current is quite simular to the original Prusa extruder motor. So it works without overheating without firmware changes or changing motor current every time in gcode.
