The handle of a nail file broke:
File length: 125mm
File width: 10.8mm

I taped the file on squared paper and scanned it to get good dimensions:
I modelled the file. The handle itself has an offset of the same contour of 0.34mm.
Print upright, so the layers circle around the file.
You will need a big brim:
Outer Brim: 20mm
Paint on support not needed, but give the print more stability.
Infill: 80%
Speed reduced to 50% (e.g. perimeter: 20mm/s on my Ender 3 V2)
