Thanks Katie.
Came out great. Printed in ASA.

Also printed a bolt and washer to secure bottom mount to the base of RTK pole.

Did you print this in PLA? Considering using this for pole mount but only have PLA as material for my printer. I am concerned about heat/weather exposure.

@HandsOnKatie_827995 thank you! I am getting ready to print this. How do you tighten upper bracket around the pole? Perhaps you don't and then the lower bracket is preventing it from sliding?
And if you could share print setting, e.g. infill, I would be happy. Still bit of a noob. (edited)

@Christensen__2113979 exactly right - the bottom part stops it sliding downwards. If you want to stop any risk of twisting, then I've included screw/bolt holes - so just mount, then drill through these into your pole and you'll be able to create an absolutely rock solid mount! I haven't needed to as it's been super rigid anyway, but just in case!

Print settings should be pretty much whatever is default, I've designed so no supports or anything needed. I'd probably increase the layer height for speed, so 0.28mm on my Bambu printer. And then maybe increase the outer layers to 4-5 if you want to create even more rigidity... but honestly, it'll be more than enough just with your default settings!

Super solid print, definitely gives me the confidence for mounting outside. Printing off the support piece now as well. Thanks for the design!

Looks great - getting ready to print this - how have you found it coping with wind (if it gets windy where you are)? Thanks.

@HandsOnKatie_827995 awesome. It's next on my list of things to print this evening so will upload a make when I'm done. If it copes with the mountains of Scotland it should hopefully cope with the winds near Wellington, NZ as well. Thanks!

@ciaocibai Yeah, you should be fine - but let me know if you need any tweaks etc and I can add a silver fern pattern or something.... ;)
