You push in the front, until the tabs of the connector are pushed in by the tool. Then, through the hole at the back you push the connector through with a slim screwdriver. If the cable is still attached, you can also pull the connector out by it.
you might have to scale the model up by like 5%, as most FDM printers print circles smaller than they should be.
For Print settings i recomend a brim and Vase Mode for the best results. I used 0.2 mm layers but 0.1 mm layers can yield a better result frictionwise.
