Caverna Cave Farmers Box Inserts and Tile Frames

A simple Caverna Cave Farmers Box Insert with frames to hold the supply boards and furnishing tiles.

The supply board frames are printed in 4 parts each which are then glued together.  Each board will clip inside the frame.  These were made with pretty tight tolerances and needed no finishing before assembly however I cannot of course guarantee yours will be the same.  If you have a big enough print bed the files would be easy to stitch back together to avoid having to glue.

For the supply boards you will need:

Base 1 Left, print 2 of these.

Base 1 right, print 2 of these.

Base 2 left, print 2 of these.

Base 2 right, print 1 of these.

Base 3 right, print 1 of these.

Top 1 left, print 2 of these.

Top 1 right, print 2 of these.

Top 2 left, print 2 of these.

Top 2 right, print 2 of these.

All of the tray parts, print 1 of each.

Trays 1 - 4 for the bottom layer, trays 5 - 8 for the top layer.

Inserts in images printed on BambuLabs x1Carbons.  I can't recall the layer height, probably 0.16 but 0.2 would be fine.  15% infill.  Small brim.  Set detect thin walls if your slicer has any issues.
