PVC holder 10-20mm tube

Simple wall bracket to hold a tube or line with a diameter of 10-20mm with a screw. The tube in the pictures is 16mm.

Secure the bottom half with a screw. The top half should clip right onto the first half.

Print instructions

Print in the orientation show in the pictures without supports.

Printed with a layer height of 0.32mm ensures the teeth snap together perfect (other heights have not been tested).

One set of clips costs you about 3.5meter of filament which means you can print about 100 pairs of clips with a 1kg spool.

In case your print does not snap together there is are two additional prints with +0.15(more loose) and -0.15mm(tighter) tolerances. These tolerances only change the dimensions of the top part.

As for materials, PLA works just fine.
