RECLAIMER: Dual Stage, Tracer, Stock, and Some Other Mods for Project Mjolnir

EDIT 20231015: Added Modular BCAR files and files for Momentum motors (Protostar). Recommend 30A 4-in-1 ESC or greater. The design accommodates mounting for 20mm square ESCs, but larger ESCs should fit in the housing. (Be sure to insulate the ESC from motor mounting screws, and clear extra room for Supernova motor shaft and shaft snap ring below the mount. FPS Numbers for Protostar variant are below: 

Protostar (Momentum setup) numbers:

100%/100%- BCAR/220ms: 220 fps, No BCAR/220ms: 225 fps (Gets hot) 
80%/100% - BCAR/220ms: 220 fps, No BCAR/220ms: 225 fps (Gets hot)
70%/80% - BCAR/220ms: 203 fps, No BCAR/220ms: 215 fps BCAR/120ms: 190 fps
75%/85% - BCAR/120ms: 200 fps

Also added a file for ESC standoffs and “thumbscrews” for upper M2 screws that also function as Iron Sights.
Use https://www.mcmaster.com/9452K6/ (Dash 016 Oring) for the BCAR. (same as Lynx)

EDIT: 
Added new files for BCAR, better stage spacing, and vented magwell. The vented magwell is because I kept burning solenoid boards, so now I use a IRLB3034 or IRL7833PBF (+10k resistor and flyback diode) instead of the specified board.

Profile I use for Double sprung 4s I have:
Solenoid pulse high 27
Pulse low 32
Return 27
And ramp up 120
Once you find values you like you can put them in the arduino code as defaults and reflash so you don't have to redo your config if you lose the profile.
You can push the ROF a little further than that still, but I think it's more than enough for practical use and I'd prefer to have the margin for reliability's sake.

A bunch of mods I made for Project Mjolnir. Currently hitting about 200FPS with Worker Gen2HEs and BetaFPV 4500kv motors on 4S. Mods include: 

• Dual Stage Parts (ESCs can move to the front if you get a 4 in 1 ESC)
• Ducted and Regular Flywheels for the BetaFPV Motors I found on Amazon
• Single and Dual stage “Tracer” dart guides that can accommodate 2 of those little Firefly Magazine UV PCBs wired in parallel
• Trigger Guard/Magwell extra screw point for M2 or toy screws. Use a drill bit to get these countersunk if you can (I didn't want to remove too much material)
• A really flimsy (but adjustable) stock that's just about only good for holding a larger battery with velcro + 2 cable tidy straps, or looking like a nutjob! (also print grip and chuck in an M3 HSI to stabilize stock, get a longish thumbscrew for easy removal)

Other Considerations: 

• You'll need a bunch of extra screws (M2/toy & M3 as well as a spring for the stock, and extra wiring stuff for the Battery Lid.
• For the betaFPV motors, you'll need to drill a small hole into (but not through) the center of the motor mount plate to accommodate the shaft and retaining clip.
• Customize the STEPs with your own logos!
• Recommend 75% Stage 1 95% Stage 2 for 200 FPS
• The minimum power was about 75 FPS. (30%/30%)
