EDIT 20231015: Added Modular BCAR files and files for Momentum motors (Protostar). Recommend 30A 4-in-1 ESC or greater. The design accommodates mounting for 20mm square ESCs, but larger ESCs should fit in the housing. (Be sure to insulate the ESC from motor mounting screws, and clear extra room for Supernova motor shaft and shaft snap ring below the mount. FPS Numbers for Protostar variant are below:
Protostar (Momentum setup) numbers:
100%/100%- BCAR/220ms: 220 fps, No BCAR/220ms: 225 fps (Gets hot)
80%/100% - BCAR/220ms: 220 fps, No BCAR/220ms: 225 fps (Gets hot)
70%/80% - BCAR/220ms: 203 fps, No BCAR/220ms: 215 fps BCAR/120ms: 190 fps
75%/85% - BCAR/120ms: 200 fps
Also added a file for ESC standoffs and “thumbscrews” for upper M2 screws that also function as Iron Sights.

EDIT:
Added new files for BCAR, better stage spacing, and vented magwell. The vented magwell is because I kept burning solenoid boards, so now I use a IRLB3034 or IRL7833PBF (+10k resistor and flyback diode) instead of the specified board.
Profile I use for Double sprung 4s I have:
Solenoid pulse high 27
Pulse low 32
Return 27
And ramp up 120
Once you find values you like you can put them in the arduino code as defaults and reflash so you don't have to redo your config if you lose the profile.
You can push the ROF a little further than that still, but I think it's more than enough for practical use and I'd prefer to have the margin for reliability's sake.
