The eSUN box has a constant air hole when in use (but not connected to printer) which may allow moisture inside. I have created two options to prevent this.
- A plug which fits into the provided PFTE tube guide. This uses 0.66g of filament and takes 6m to print. You're printer will need to be pretty dimensionally accurate if you use the PFTE guide in the downwards position. This can be printed with two perimeters, no supports, no brim (top needs to be laying flat on bed). The print is intentionally slightly smaller than needed to ensure it doesn't get stuck.
- A block to cover then hole within the eSUN lid. This is a bigger print (1.16g, 12m) but may suit better if you have lost the PFTE guide or don't want to remove the tube. This can be printed with two perimeters, no supports, no brim (needs to be aligned vertically).
I have provided STLs, 3MFs and GCode.
