Edit: I made a version for two 4020 fans. You can have a look here: https://www.printables.com/model/1118528-ender-sprite-extruder-air-duct-dual-4020-fan-ender

Edit - Due to several requests, I modified and added the version where the BL probe is so that it is at zero offset on the Y axis. The left side remains the same, but the right side is made up of two models (BL probe holder and Fan duct).

Edit2 - if you want to use this model on E3 V2 with sprite extruder you will finde usefule this model by @RyanGralinski_800587 to move the endstop (here). Thanks Ryan for the model!

Hello, half a year ago I made my first fan duct with a direct view of the nozzle. Today I present my latest and best design yet. I use two 5015 fans for higher cooling power. Each is mounted from the side so that from the front it is baptized to see the first layer.

The model is designed to be used with the "4020 heat brake cooler without probe mount - remix"  here , to gain more space around the printer head. (if there is interest I can try to make a version compatible with the factory thermal brake cooler).

You need:
3M screws and nuts  - two (20mm) for attaching the fans and one (10mm) for attaching the duct to the stepper motor (this screw is not necessary, it is used to fix the right part (it is the one on the right duct above the BLT in the back - closer to the aluminum profile.)), the other screws that I use them, they are already on the printer, so you will get the original cooling when disassembling)

Edit: I forgot the 2 screws to attach the BLtouch. (but I feel that it is possible to use the ones that are there, but I don't know what size they are

2x 5015 fan duct

Since the probe is moved to the other side, it is necessary to extend the cables leading to the sensor. Just solder 5 thin wires, I used cables from an ethernet cable.

Probe setitings:  Original: [X offset 34.9] [Y offset -24.9]
                              Y 0 offset version [X offset 39.9][Y offset 0]

I recommend printing in PETG or other more heat-resistant filament due to the proximity of the cover and the bed.

Test: (.stl here)

I hope you like the model! If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, write :D
