— MIGRATED FROM MY OLD THINGIVERSE ACCOUNT —

Had to redesign the whole AUG mag part, and a little of the M4 part! But now it is as close to a "Print and use" design as I can get it!

I will still come with improvements though! I still believe I can get it closer to a "perfect" adapter. But at least now you guys have something usable :-D

And thank all of you that have come with ideas and tips to improve the design! I have made some pretty cool friends after uploading the old files, which weren't really nothing more than Concept files, but people wanted to see it through!

It is designed with a ASG AUG A3 rifle, so if you have trouble with the fit with rifles from other manufactures, pm me or leave a comment and I will see what I can do.

Assembly is shown in the showcase video.

Rafts:

Supports:

Yes

Infill:

Notes:

You need a fairly large infill percentage for the screw inserts to hold on the "AUG part". Otherwise the screw might tear it away.

The AUG\_part.stl and M4\_part.stl needs some supports while the Lock.stl and Pin.stl does not.

M4_part.stl needs to have the lock mount supported, but try not to get the rectangular hole and the spring insert filled with supports.

Some bonus pictures!

I dug out all the print attempts and prototypes of this project, and thought it was fun you set them up side by side.
