Hidden brake cooling inlet ducts designed for a non-Nismo 06-09 350Z. These replace the sight shields, 62234-CF40A and 62235-CF40A, behind the front bumper and direct air to 2.5in hose inlets. Hoses can then be routed to the front brakes around the front radiator support. These may fit earlier 350Zs but I have only verified fitment on a 2007 350Z. No bumper modifications where required.

I designed these to replace some cobbled together inlet ducts using using the original modified sight shields. Printed in a black filament these are completely hidden and keep the original look of the car.

The ducts have supplied good airflow to the front brakes allowing full 20-25min sessions at Road America without any brake fade or overheating of the pads. This Z has the OEM Brembo brakes, Z1 2 piece rotors, and a stock engine.

Parts where printed in Bambu Labs PAHT-CF and used a breakaway support material interface. The OEM parts are labeled as polypropylene.

  • 0.6mm nozzle
  • 6 wall loops
  • 25% gyroid infill
  • Tree supports with two wall loops
    • Two loops are important as some support branches will fail with a single wall loop due to the angle of the branches. An example of the failure is pictured.
