Nice ESP32 Xiao case, unfortunately my boards heatsink seems to bee a bit raised for the spoke on the lid, as a result i can not close it properly!
Usually my tolerances are great with my prints and the actual board fits in nice and snug in the bottom plate.
Filament: Prusament PETG Prusa Orange,
First layer 240°C, rest 250°C,
Bed 90°C
Layer Height: 0.15 mm STRUCTURAL preset
Solid Layers: Top 5, Bottom 4
Print Time: 15 min.
Well sized case and a good fit, button lines up and works perfectly for the -C3, but I had to file it down a little bit so it wasn't just perpetually pressed. Printed this in some Hatchbox PLA. (edited)
I was working on my own design for a case when I stumbled across this and your design is clearly superior and after printing it I'm now able to press the tiny reset button reliably!
I printed it with Prusament Galaxy Black PLA. The controller sat there a bit too lose, so I had to scale the model down the tiniest amount and now it's perfect.
Thank you very much for sharing this!

Thanks!
I tried printing it out stock and for me it worked. I modified it a little to not have the reset button and to give some room out the back for some wires to the LED's and for the external wifi pigtail, its a little snug with the led wires, but it fits the esp32c3 board I have and keeps it secure in my project. Just what I was looking for.
