This is a side product of my top plate for flexible filament for the MPMD, basically the mk3's mount solution as a stand-alone.
I have the PTFE tube jump every now and then when printing non-flex filaments with Spconnol's extruder fix integrated and when researching discovered it was originally designed for an inward mount. Reversing the direction of the screw, as well as giving it a bit of straight distance between the points where there is friction held, should make slipping a lot less likely.
Make sure you print the threaded tube standing up on the smaller side, this ensures you don't have any cleanup trouble while keeping maximal structural integrity.
note: I've had excellent results printing the tube part in PETG
