In the process of ‘ruggedizing’ my Ender 3 I realised I was going to need some wickedly strong brackets to keep it stiff and square.

Not finding anything that really looked the way I liked, and inspired by these great-looking (but outrageously priced) metal brackets, I threw together a simple sketch with a few chamfers and called it good.

It's vaguely parametric, plus the STEP file is included if you want to have a bash at customising it to suit yourself, or you can rip it straight out of OnShape here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/960976c77a214a1f4e2779a7/w/eb98783433ea9cc6089c862f/e/dfd8bd24c3ab3d6620ae138b?renderMode=0&uiState=64a67be34172275a7c30875f

There's no printed model photo, because I haven't got that far yet. I'm rebuilding an Ender, remember! First person to print & post a make can have top billing in the gallery!

Update: Huge thanks to absolute legend DebianDog for testing the print and securing eternal fame in the image gallery, and (at least briefly) congrats on owning the only one of these in the world!

Print Instructions: as oriented, there are no true overhangs, and chamfers all round to keep the elephants away. I was planning 5+ perimeters of ABS to keep it nice and stocky, but you do you.

Have fun!
