I'm making custom box covers for the “mystery boxes” I have in my basement. Some are low voltage junctions or places where electrical runs were extended. Now they are all permanently labeled using this .3mf with Prusa Slicer 2.6's text feature, gallery and STL import and adjusted to a thin profile. In slicer editing is a great time saver for this kind of stuff.
Example:
I use manual color change with the lettering sticking up 0.8 mm for a 0.2 mm layer thickness. I've found lettering less that four layers thick is sometimes transparent in PLA at least.
