This is my attempt to make a printable T-Nut for a 4040 Aluminum Profile Extrusion. 

Here are the main dimensions of the profile I used.

Print Orientation and Settings

The model does not need supports.

Print lying down

Layer height 0.2mm 

At least 3 or 4 walls
