This is a credit-card sized ruler, chamfer gauge and hex bolt gauge. There's also a basic protractor with 90 and 45 degree marks.

Once in a while you are asked to make something, and wish you had a tool to get all the measurements. Here ya go!

The ruler ticks are in increments of 2mm, with an extra one every 5mm.

There are 2 versions:

The STL has raised letters on top for a regular filament-swap at the top for the lettering. Obviously this is less durable when put in a wallet.

The 3MF is a flat, 2-colour print for non-MMU printers. This one lets you put it in your wallet without worrying about wearing down the text and ruler.

Numbers and rule lines are first printed face down, then the rest is printed on top of as a second job. Both prints are lined up exactly on top of each other, so don't hit the button to rearrange them. There are negative spaces set in the card to accommodate the first print, but you should set Z-Hop to 0.3mm for the first 0.3mm and make sure the bed stays warm in between jobs as well as remove the skirt.

PLA works fine for the flat print, but PETG is probably best for the top-printed one because of the extra adhesion for the little ticks.

Note: This has been made in PrusaSlicer, so the layer adjustments may not work with other slicers.

It is critical that the bed is completely clean due to the lines being so thin. When done right, it looks great!

Note: I've measured the holes as accurately as possible with some wiggle room, but having a well-calibrated printer helps. You may end up having to ream the holes to properly fit the screws without friction.
