3d print a simple waterpump! This is a peristaltic waterpump with high pressure and low waterflow. I used it in a small automatic greenhouse where it connected to a spray nozzle.

Hardware required:

  • Yellow TT-motor (ideally low rpm and high torque)
  • M3-Screws & Nuts
  • Washer (not necessary)
  • Silicone-tubing (5mm outside diameter)

Tips when building:

Apply a light coat of grease on the pins where the rollers are mounted and on the roller-support screw. I can recommend using some metal-tubing to prevent the silicone tubing from moving. The rotor is a tight press-fit on the tt-motor shaft. Print 3 rollers.

Supports:

Supports are needed for “Housing”, “Housing 2” and “Rotor”
