Working around live power connections is dangerous and life threatening. Terminal bars typically have lots of power connections screwed to them. The power terminal is typically hidden away on a power board.
I wanted to protect from brushing against an exposed terminal bar. Here is a design I made that provides limited but significant non-conductive protection around the terminal bar. I mainly wanted protection against accidental brushing of a hand or tool across the terminal bar. The shield is held in-place via two included terminal bar screws.
My print is made in 1.75mm eSUN PLA Plus Blue filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. Print supports are optional. Part is by default orientated in the way I printed them on your printer bed.
I hope you can find this print useful, too.
