Description

PDF

There are the files for the brackets on the underside and the upper side. the upper ones are all the same while you will need 2 underside brackets and 2 mirrored underside brackets. The ones on the underside are just push-on mounted, while you have to secure the upper ones with M3x12 screws. For the frame itself i used 8mm wooden rods.

For the upper brackets there are 2 seperate files. ones for heat set inserts like this ones:

https://www.prusa3d.com/de/produkt/gewindeeinsatze-standard-satz-200-stuck/

and ones where you can screw in a M3 screw without the inserts.

I hope you like it and at least it is inspiration for other projects like this.

Also, print this in PETG or ASA. I tried out the first prototype in PLA and it warped significantly (foto attached) under the stress an the heat (up to 35°C). Doesn't even lasted a week.
