FINALLY now that I have a printer I can make things have needed. Like these! Wonderful file. I have 2 small recs, make the slot on the back for the command strip 1/2 as deep because I had to double up strips to make them work. And add a 10.5mm holder to accommodate those in shells. Other than those, I am SO happy with these. THANKS!!!

@RobertLackey_2794062 I love the all black background, is there any way you could share that anywhere?

I did some modification to it....nothing crazy! I glued 4 together with super glue then created some clips (attached) and then I didn't wanna use command strip so I created a clip with a screw hole. works well!

For clarity - none of the hexagons connect to each other?

Each hexagon has to have its own command strip ?

@busysignal_234586 yes! I think you could get crafty with it. A single unit surrounded by others would fit tight and probably not need a strip.

The hexagons don't snap together but fit tightly against one another

Is there any way you could make a remix that is a stand rather than a wall display? I love the honeycomb design, but I would like one for my desk at work.

@tnguyen_2019471 this is a great idea. I will have to tinker with making a base of some kind for it.

Printed it out with all three coin holders. Great design. Looks great and fits my need. Second picture is with a coin. I have a large coin collection and been looking for a great way to show it off, thanks to TruTech I found it. I plan on printing these out in Red, White, and Blue and put them in a flag design...said I have a lot of coins.

Great concept and great design. Since my wall is dark and multicolor I made a remix and added a background.

printed both pieces at the same time while utilizing raft for bed adhesion. only took roughly 2 1/2 hours with the .4 nozzle and standard .2-layer height. love the design!

@That1LazyGuy_521320 Glad you like it. Cool to see it work on a bottle opener coin too! Thanks for sharing!

Can you clarify how these are connecting together and how they are mounting to the wall?

@ScottNewman_627408 i made three style holders depending on the shape of the coin. All three options slide into the slot on the hexagon piece. The hexagon piece has a dimple in the back for command strips for easy mounting.

@TruTech Thank you because I was in my office puzzled at how I was going to mount these lol.
