AZ-1 gated shifter

First version of a gated shifter for the Autozam AZ-1 / Suzuki Cara.  You may need longer bolts to mount to stock locations.  Then you will need additional screws to attach the parts together.  Drill out the holes to size and use a tap to create threads.
