Bosch Colt Router Sled to Emerson Clamp Guide

This design was to adapt my Colt Router to an Emerson Clamp Guide.

Print must be strong, so I used Ultimaker Tough PLA printed with the guide up on edge.

Supports on, skirt on.

The Fusion file is included so it can be modified for other guides.

I have the Bosch plunge router base for the Colt router (and it is worth getting). The jig had to be extended to use with the new base. STL for both jigs included.

The small jig was printed in Ultimaker tough PLA. The extend in Snapmaker PETG. Both have proven strong enough for the jig.
