WPL D12 Wheel Spacer

A 1mm tall wheel spacer to fit the standard hubs on the WPL D12 RC Car.

They allow you to push your wheels further out to adjust your wheel fitment closer to the arches (negative wheel offset). They can also remove gaps between printed wheels and the front hub bearings to remove play of the wheel shaft.

As the model is 1mm high, just scale it vertically in your slicer to get your desired spacer width. The bigger the spacer the bigger screw you will need, but a 2mm works with the standard wheels and screws. The spacer in the photos is 2mm high, so 200% scale on the Z axis.

These spacers are designed to have a small enough external diameter to not foul on the outside of the front WPL hub bearing, but if you overtighten your wheels they may flex and lock up the front bearings. Just loosen the wheel bolt slightly if the front wheels don't spin well anymore.
