The Starlink Antenna base (Standard Antenna) is made of metal, and could possibly scratch painted surfaces or fiberglass. These protective feet fit over the 4 ends of the base and protect the surface the base sits on. I used TPU to print the feet. You can use a bit of silicone or crazy glue to hold the ends onto the base if your printer is not dialed in and you find the feet a bit loose, or you find high ambient temperature (i.e. direct sunlight) expands the protectors and makes them a bit looser.
I use my Starlink on a boat, and just put it out on the base during use, but if you leave it outside all the time you may want to use a filament material more resistant to UV and weathering than TPU.
Usually the feet are a relatively tight fit. I used a rubber mallet to tap them on and ensure they were properly seated.
For print settings I used 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters (shells), 15% gyroid infill and 8 top layers. No supports. I printed them in a vertical position, large end on plate, and used outside brim to enhance adhesion. You could reverse it and print with small end on plate as well.
