Creality Ender-3 V2 X-Axis MGN12H top mount adapter for stock hotend plate with regular M5 nuts & belt mount

Minimum displacement of hotend position (3 mm), I didn't adjust mriscoc firmware (neither bed size not hotend position).

Using regular M5 nuts for original hotend plate mounting requires 2 M5x10 bolts.

Since I used thick nuts to mount the rail, belt could not run under them, thus I moved the belt slots to carriage/adapter.
