As the model name suggests, this is my first attempt at a pattern to make fully rounded corners on wooden objects. The design cuts well, and looks aesthetically pleasing, and has a decent bend ratio. I was able to bend the 7mm MDF (only a 70mm x 70mm piece) in the picture about 30-35 degrees in all directions, crowning the center. It does not create as many square jointed bends that other patterns had been making, so I am fairly happy with the results.
It was inspired by "Kofaktorlab's" Super Flexible Double Curvature Surface at Instructables.
