Valve Index Wall Mount

This is a simple remix - merged the wire shelf holder for the HMD with the stand-alone wall mount from the other source item. Fully compatible with the HMD mount from the wire shelf unit - I made no changes to that so didn't upload it here, please refer to the original model.

Integrated a Handy HMD Cable Hangin' Hook! Use a loose coil in the HMD Cable if you're going to hang it from this. Or, y'know, don't, I'm not your dad.

Mounts to the wall with whatever drywall screws you have handy. Needs 3mm inserts to connect the wall mount to the HMD holder, as described in the source.
