Fastener for the 4028 fan inlet (short version)

This is a remixed variant of the fastener presented by RPK3D (https://www.printables.com/model/420447-eva3-4028-fan-inlet-shorter-version), but is located underneath the 4028 fan. I had to do so because I need more clearance for the cables that come into my EBB36 toolboard.

The model uses two M3 brass heat inserts.
