40mm Turbine Fan Cover

I needed a fan cover to keep my fingers out. I've seen some cool looking designs but nothing that just looked right for me.

I've included 3-spoke and 4-spoke versions. If it rubs the centre hub of your fan, print and fit the spacer ring provided. The spacer is 1mm thick, so scale this if required. Obviously this will add a little to the length of the screws you need to mount your fan. 

The cover does extend larger than the fan to 44mm x 44mm. I've made the mounting holes big enough for M3 bolts with 6mm diameter heads. 

I've been able to print a cover in about 20 minutes without supports at 0.2 quality.
