Top-Aligned Voron Exhaust Cover

This is an alternate exhaust cover for Voron V2 or Trident which instead allows the exhaust box to align to the top of the panel, with the cover covering the entire hole. The main difference, aside from the wider brim, is the location of the screw holes.

Tested with KB3D cut ACM panels.
