I use this packs to power my goggles, because I don't like having loose cables hanging around to my battery in the pocket.
The 2s5Ah battery lasts me one complete racing day and recharge takes around 3-5hrs, depending on your USB charger capabilities.
I build it with the following items:
I printed the two battery holding parts in ASA. Theoretically any material like ASA, ABS or PETG should work.
The tolerances on the main body are very tight. So you need to have a very good tuned printer or you need to scale it a little bit in your slicer.
The small LED part is printed in clear TPU and needs to be super glued to the LED hole from the inside of the battery case prior to inserting the electronics.
