Flexible Sanding Block

Flexible sanding block I made for sanding curved panels on my car when doing panel work and paint prep. 200mm long and 70mm wide - designed to use PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) sandpaper strips but it can still be used with standard 115mm width sandpaper and just wrap it over the sides of the sanding block.

The base is 0.6mm thick which provides the flexibility in the print however I also glued on a 2mm thick strip of HD foam so the PSA sandpaper can stick to it.

Note - the design uses a approx. 98g of filament with 2 wall perimeter, 3 layer top/bottom horizontal shells.
