LiIon 18650 Battery Manager (Test, Charge, Discharge)

Housing for the LiIon 18650 battery tester, charger, discharger.

Consisting of three stl-files:

1. Main Housing
2. Safety Grid for the two power resistors (protects your and others hands)
3. Three knobs for operation

Printed on my MK3S+ in PLA, unless the safety grid in ABS for better temperature resistance.

Assembly is a bit flimpsy! After printing the knobs I recommend to thoroughly open them with a rimer Ø3.5mm, tumble the knob during riming. Then in upside-down position insert the three knobs into the case and put the case over the tester. This is some delicate! 

Remove the protective film of the display first! Then thoroughly open the rear sidewalls (whole thing is like a U-shape!) and when the three knobs snap in you can bring the case in final position. Underneath I only put some UHU glue on the edge of PCB and case. I have no intention to reopen it again. But I could!

Don't let the device operate unobserved! Respect the instructions.

I secured everything under the PCB with a drop of glue. Works fine for me.
