Connects Milwaukee M18 batteries to older 18V (NiCad) Porter-Cable tools. I did a crude slice-and-join to graft AgentGene's M18 section to wingnutbren's Porter Cable 18V section to make what I needed, with a little cleanup to make it look decent. My first time 3D modelling so it's crude but the part itself functions perfectly so I've not felt the need to rework it.
I received a hand-me-down PC 18V cordless angle grinder with a dead battery and no charger. I didn't want to buy into another battery ecosystem for a tool I seldom use when I already have a range of M18 tools and batteries, especially not an obsolete ecosystem. Printed in ABS for heat resistance, photo is from the original print but I've since reprinted at a higher temperature with a better enclosure, which eliminated the warpage.
Harvesting a connector from the Porter-Cable battery is a must with this design. Could be remade to eliminate that necessity but I still haven't bothered.
