Required:

4x M3x4 (reused from the frame)

8x M3x6 (reused from the frame)

32x M3x10 (four that are used for filament guide can be shorter by a few mm)

4x M3x20

24x M3 hex nut

4x M3 washer (optional)

2x aluminium profile 10x10x400mm

I printed with PETG, although PLA is probably fine. Recommended settings: 4 perimeters, 3 top/bottom layers. Designed to be printed without supports.

The aluminium profiles must be drilled with 3mm drill, see images for location of holes. First \u2018frame stiffener inserts\u2019 are fitted with hex nuts, then they are inserted into the aluminium profiles (aligning nuts with drilled holes).

Then screw \u2018frame stiffener top\u2019 on the one end of the aluminium profile and to the Z part of the printer frame. Then put the \u2018frame stiffener bottom\u2019 onto the profile and screw it to the Y part of the printer frame. Finally screw the \u2018frame stiffener bottom\u2019 using washers (if available).

If print head is converted for a different hotend: https://www.printables.com/model/499431-malyan-m150-print-head-conversion-for-creality-hot the max Z height can be 190mm with 4mm extra.
