Excellent fit!

Overhangs need to be dialed in and adaptive layer high will help here.
Button symbols seem to require a smaller nozzle than 0.4 or a smooth bed

Fits well.

First attempt was with PETG 0.6 nozzle and the buttons got stuck. With 0.4 nozzle PLA it was perfect. (edited)

Could you please publish a step file for this? My board is a tiny bit longer and doesn’t fit. Not all ESP32 boards are the same, even with the same version number. Thank you!
