I made this sign by sandwiching a layer of 1/4" acrylic between two sheets of 1/8" plywood. Most of the model is held together by 4 1/2" chicago screws with a 3/16" outer diameter. The smaller parts of the sign, such as the middle of the āaās and the ādā are super glued onto the acrylic. The outer ring of the acrylic was also super glued onto the back plate. The lighting was done using WS2812B LED strips and an Arduino Nano. The lighting pattern was done using FastLED available here and used the party palette by modifying an example available here. The model files are split into two parts, one file for the wood/outer shell, and another file for the middle part. Dimensions for the sign are approximately 2 feet by 8 inches.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
