I did print it in PETG with a 0.4 nozzle, 0.3 mm layer and 100% infill.

But it is an easy print, you can change values to match your needs.

For the sake of completeness, I did add the source files.

Python code generate SCAD files that you can then convert to STL.

You need MuSCAD (https://gitlab.com/guillp/muscad) to be able to run the Python code (pip install muscad).

EDIT 09/2023 : it broke !!! I am working on a version 2

My usage of those lugs is to maintain a spring which opens automatically the chicken coop door every morning.

It did work perfectly for several months, but the lugs did eventually broke under the repeated tension every night.

I guess the weakness is the layer orientation.

Version to will be tilted so that the layers will be perpendicular to the tension force direction.
