I needed a way to mount my C200 on my Ender 5 Pro and couldn't find existing models that would work, so I modified an existing design to be suitable. I also created a new bottom part to mount on 2020 rails with M5 screws with drop in T-Nuts.
The X-Axis Gantry gets very close to the camera when it is being homed, but shouldn't hit it. I also made a “more clearance” version which moves the camera a bit higher and a bit further away.
You need a Top and Bottom piece for a complete mount. There are 3 variants of each intended for use with 12mm, 16mm or 20mm M5 Screws/Bolts.
I printed both pieces at the same time with the Complete Individual Objects settings on. I used SUNLU PLA+ at 210C and 0.2mm layer height at 80mm/s with 1k mm/s^2 acceleration. Print time for both parts combined is 6h26m. I am printing with 3 perimeters and 20% infill, but 2 perimeters should also be fine. Build plate only supports are only needed for the camera attachment bits (organic supports worked great for me).
