Instead of buying a rack-mounted socket extender, I decided to 3D print a casing for the socket extender I already had and then mount this to my server rack. The thing consists of 10 different parts including M3 Nuts and bolts. The rest are 3D printed and are outlined in the technical drawing and exploded view below.

For best results, a high infill is recommended. Ideally 30% or higher, this is done to ensure the rigidity of the frame. As well s this it is recommended to use 0.3mm layer height as this will speed up the printing process drastically.
