Introducing a fun and practical mold designed to create a single silicone pasta piece—specifically, a Fusilli grande! This mold is perfect for use as a foreign body in FBAO (Foreign Body Airway Obstruction) clinical simulations and airway skills training stations.
By pouring silicone into this mold, you can achieve a texture that closely resembles real food, enhancing the realism of your simulations. For best results, print the mold without supports. I’ve used Zhermack 00-20 silicone, but other brands should work just as well!
Additionally, I’ve uploaded a 3D model of the pasta piece itself for those who have access to print with rubber or silicone—unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to test that yet.
UPDATE: I’ve added a mold for 73 pieces—enjoy!
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT eat this pasta unless it has been made from edible materials! :)
