Suzuki Fork Tool Attachment 09940 34561

I needed to change the scraper seals of my 1992 Suzuki Intruder 800. Saw that I needed a special tool from Suzuki to hold the damper rod in place when unscrewing the bolt. Googled the tool and redesigned it in Onshape. 

I have made two designs: one close enough to the original with a 3/8 socket. the other is my own variation to be able to reach inside to fork with standard material from the store.

Designed the part that it would fit a standard aluminium extrusion tube 10x10mm. Holding the assembly in place via a screw. Becareful not to scratch the inside of the damper with the screw. I would recommend retaining the tool via a different method. you could also use a long wooden pool cue.
