Update: under construction! Fixing printspace!

Hello dear community,
I present you an easy solution to house the chamber of a FLSUN V400 without having to bend the acrylic.
All that is required are:
• Utility knife or deburrer
• 1m threaded rod M10 (this must be shortened by 925mm)
• Magnets 5x5x5 or others (Step file can be modified)
• Acrylic sheet 2mm thick, 917x340mm
• About 1 spool+ any material

The door can be sealed with a thin sealing tape.
The magnets and the handle are attached with super glue.
I decided to only use a straight acrylic for the front. The left and right part of the enclosure is from Maarten Vlug (https://www.printables.com/de/model/329918-flsun-v400-fixed-panel-mounts).

Attention! please note that the print space will be smaller (dia. 220mm).

I will make a fix the days to have the maximum space available.

The buildTo protect the electronics from heat, think about cooling measures such as:

https://www.printables.com/de/model/407997-flsun-v400-cooling/files

I recommend that you print all printed parts upright!

please deburr all acrylic sides with a deburrer or cutter! Please note that the pressure parts, especially the acrylic strips, are tightly dimensioned to ensure the best possible hold and strength.

feel free to customize the files as you wish.

Happy printing!
