Printed well and seems strong. I attached it to 2020 aluminum extrusion with an M3 T-nut on my Biqu B1. I used this model for the filament sensor: https://www.printables.com/model/1203477-filament-run-out-sensor-2020-extrusion-mount-with

Easy to print and good functionality. My stock sensor arm worked OK but this is more in line with the filament. Fits my SV06 Plus perfectly. Installs with original screws too. Thanks for uploading!

Definitely works better than the original

This along with your sensor mod made a huge difference in the drag on the fulfillment. Thanks!

Works well but could do with some longer versions. I have a filament scale for the spool holder and the extender improves the position of the runout sensor but longer versions adding up to 25mm to the longest one would be great for more flexibility.

printed in overture petg and fit like a glove. .2 LH @ 30% infill and no issues

Printed this in PLA-F (PLA + ABS) on my old Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo for my new Sovol SV06 Plus. 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill.

This is a badly needed part since the factory supplied arm is so short it pulls the filament sharply back, so much so that the filament often rubs against the inside of the spool. This hasn't caused any issues yet, but it's extreme drag which is unnecessary.

I had to really ream out the mounting hole on the long end. Maybe that's on me, maybe my flow is too high. The idea here is to fit the loose-fitting collar so that the screw does not hold the arm in tight, allowing the arm to pivot freely. As printed, the hole fit the screw but not the collar.

An excellent part that solves a potential issue. Thanks!

Very good. It is the perfect length to put the filament in the middle of the opening in my z axis belt tensioner.
Thanks for the design work.

Works amazingly. Thank you for sharing this with the community.
